Lyrical jazz with Rolfe definetly, it's so hard that after his classes every inch of your body will be sore for days!!! Best feeling ever hahaha I haven't been in pineapple for more than a year.. miss it so much!

I was gonna say the Heels class, but I'll go for Paul Kitson's Dirty Dancing. This one is a total annihilation. No matter how good or bad you are, even if you know the steps by rote it is capable of crushing your not only your body but the spirit as well. And then you go out the class bursting with joy, coming back next week ;) !

I've only taken Linda's int jazz classes and I really enjoy them! I've gotta be on my A game to keep up with learning the combos so quickly but I survive :)

Haven't been yet but aiming to come to some in January, especially Melody Squire's contemporary jazz, adam pudneys tumbling for dancers and some sort of tap class :)

I been taking regularly John class on Wednesday for so long that I consider his my Wednesday church, I can tell that after each class after his class I look after sauna with t-shirt and treasure all wet from the dancing

I regularly take Linda's adv/pro jazz which I find is one of most technically hard jazz classes. I absolutely love it and look forward to the work out every time :) #survivalofthefittest
