Im an absolute beginner..was wondering with getting a smaller size , wont the toes just be fully squashed ? Or be hanging in the front ?

Great question! If you have wide feet like me, avoid pointed toe shoes! If you have long toes, try shoes that only show a peak of your toes versus having it complete open like sandals. Every brand will fit slightly different so it'll take some time to find what works for you. But dance shoes will almost always stretch out unless it's patent/plastic leather. Getting blisters at the beginning of wearing A brand new pair of shoes is just part of the sport unfortunately. Hope this helps!

Do you sugest rubber or suede sole?
@mikicatherine2 жыл бұрын
Greeeeat question!!!! I love me a suede because you can brush them out to make it grip the floor... but most heels or boots used for "heels" class these days do not come with suede, so getting them rubbered is ideal. Suede is mostly for ballroom or Latin type of heels! Hope this helps.
