It depends when you watched this, idk the whole definition but if it was at night it probably sounded faster since there’s less noise. It’s like when you’re in a house and you hear the house expanding and creaking as you’re winding down. Something about your senses being heighten. 😭

Too spread out, makes it look less organized, less impactful, less powerful, struggling with travel, losing the imagery bc when the blocking is uneven it's more obvious. The movement looks small bc this much space between them. Keep it tigh, compact and focused you'll get much better results, the movement will look powerful, you don't have to waste your energy to make bigger movement, the travel will be easier, the camera work will be easier and the framing will be cleaner.
