NeverMindMyName It’s already been said the show isn’t fake. Literally, everyone who’s ever been on dance moms said that and the contracts for tlc. The only fake things that they ever really did was tiny exaggerated editing, and small competitions to redeem people.

I think the girls all did so well in this dance. Kendall portrayed such a strong emotional standpoint, she seemed to actually be suffering from schizophrenia. Nia was such an amazing force, she brought her character to life. Cameron played her role in such an adult way, she took a new meaning to what an evolved dancer is. Kalani does such a beautiful job at working her emotions and body into her character, and she really goes the extra mile to bring her character to life. Brynn is such a dainty dancer that her role was immaculate, her legs are insane. Overall such a good job

I remember watching this episode the first time, and when Abby started describing the dance I thought, this is going to be awful. And I felt like the show had really went downhill since season 5 nationals. Then when the girls danced it turned out to be amazing and emotional. Is There Still Hope is one of my favorite group numbers the elite team has done.

When abby said that those girls were like her own and all she had, I really felt bad. She was mean at times, but she really did make those girls stars and think of them as her children and then the girls just threw it all away and forgot about her. If the show had just ended there, none of this would have happened. For seven years, she watched them grow up and she was with them all day every day. It is really sad to see that her "children" forgot about her. quick edit: I dont remember writing this comment... I agree the show was abusive and they had every right to leave- not sure why I wrote this...

This was my first time I saw this clip and how the nationals for S7 turned out. And I gotta say. This was the first time I saw the vulnerable, scared, emotional human being behind Abby’s tough, thick layer of skin. I felt that. I was left feeling something, and that was what Abby wanted.
