some ppl think that the pressure of being expected to win and the pressure of being Abby's favourite and doing the most amazing dance is quite tough on Maddie and i agree just look at the dance where she forgets the choreography, her mom and abby expects her o win so many dances the fear of dissapointing them slowly breaks her down, she literally has a nervous breakdown back stage repeating ' abby's gonna hate me can i go again'

I don't get how everyone complains about Maddie having the same choreography over and over, but Chloe, Mackenzie, Kendall (on rare occasions does she get new choreography) and sometimes Nia get the same routines. It's just Abby, she likes to give the same choreography because that's what they are best at.

It's so confusing when people say Chloe or even Brooke were better than Maddie. These three were definitely the strongest on the team, but Maddie is just miles ahead of them. Amazing technique, jumps, turns, leaps, and emotion out of this world. So graceful yet such a hard hitting performer (Kalani is obviously stretches ahead of Maddie but that's a different thing;))

ikr these girls didnt choose to compete but Abby and the mothers put them in a situation where they r expected to compete it's not as if the girls decided to compete. In one of the episodes Chloe has a breakdown over the subject so its quite obvious she never wanted to compete for best she just wanted to dance. I believe Nia is the dancer most forgotten about and u rlly dont see her complaining

@@emilyshepherd8599 Chloe did want to compete for the top spot, she was already one of the best technical dancers on the team that was trained by Abby (that is until Kalani came). Chloe wanted to dance, and worked as hard as Maddie. She had the breakdown in the first season because she was not used to the show's strenuous schedule and long hours (like when they shot the pyramid for 4 hours when they showed just 10 minutes of it) and had to learn 2-3 dances every week in addition to her regular school. All the girls had to handle a lot of pressure in season 1 but Chloe, Maddie and Brooke had the most. Brooke was older, Maddie just wanted to dance and didn't care as much about her grades at school as Chloe did, so only she had a breakdown. But all the girls are insanely talented and deserve no hate
