Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy... Hershey's Kisses Style

The Nutcracker ballet and the Hershey's Kisses advertisement are practically synonymous with Christmas, so why not mix them? Also, why are sugar plums called sugar plums if they're not necessarily made with plums?
