Lindo's reaction is completely acceptable for me. The only reason why he got so mad was because Ritsuka's shirt and stockings were "revealing" ,and when You see the person you love dressed in that way with someone else, of course you'd be mad.

A yandere is psychotic or violent, Lindo really isn't unless he's protecting Ritsuka. Despite his line about holding her until she breaks, Urie never displays outright violence either. The closest character in the main cast to a Yandere is Shiki- who's song has creepy rape allusions and he outright threatens to kill her if she tries to leave. Also, to be fair to Lindo, he isn't really her brother, he's her cousin...and while it varies from culture to culture, not everyone has a problem with cousins getting together. In Japan there's no stigma to cousin x cousin relationships and cousin marriage is actually fairly common.
