Just to let you know, the one who created the tune for DWUW and produced it is DJ White Shadow, not Gaga. And obviously if she did draw some inspiration from this song, she did change the genre from trance into R&B and that's quite a feat already, just to let you know.

I hope you all know what "buying rights" means. It means u buy a song, and boom- it's yours. Gaga just liked a demo music and bought it. This song is not officially released song or anything else. There are a lot of demos that are there for singers to buy them. This is one of them. And also if you are saying "Gaga can only buy her songs". That's what a lot of people do. Gaga WRITES songs, meaning she does the lyrica part. The rest is all on the dj, the producer, or whatever you wanna call if. #GetYouFactsRight

If you want to hear similar tunes, listen to the verses of Katy's Roar and The Lumineers' Ho Hey. But who cares? both songs are great.

It is fair to say they are similar, however gaga did not sample dance with the dead. a sample is a piece of recorded sound or a musical phrase taken from an existing recording, especially in digital form, and used as part of a new recording. The note progression differs between the songs after the 4th beat or 1 measure. They do meet again at G however gagas is in the key of D and the deeps is in the key of A. fans may not notice this but musicians do.

i see that there are people that still without understand the art in ARTPOP.
