I love Elliana and Lilliana as dancers but as duet partners they’re bad Ellie takes her time but Lilly is too quick. I think this competition was probably rigged because Brynn and Kendall were pretty much perfect while the minis made so many mistakes

It is a duet it doesn’t matter if you practice by yourself because you go onstage together. That is probably why their timing was off. They never practiced together outside of the studio to make sure they knew what time each thing was supposed to be.

@@MilanParker I know they really should practice together but Stacey can't claim that Lilliana forgot because of Yolanda: if she believes that she needed that extra practice to remember not to hold her leg or when to do the penché, then she still should have rehearsed what the actual choreography was at home, regardless of whether or not Elliana was there Honestly though we all know how fake the show can be so who knows what really happened the night before, and it's really no surprise the timing was off and lilly forgot a few parts because she was a 7 year old kid having to learn a dance in a couple hours

Nia has always been one of the sweetest, if not the sweetest girl in Dance Moms. When she was younger, she was always the nicest girl trying to include everyone and being nice to everyone and making sure all the girls felt equally welcome and it’s so heartwarming to see her as a young adult comforting Lily and the minis because she’s already been through that stage in her life and she was once in their position and knows how it feels like because she was once them ❤️

I think that Kendal and Brynn are amazing duet partners because they have the same type of body movement where they flow really well. In comparison to Kalani and Kendal, kalani has a style that where she hits movement more precisely so it makes Kendal look sloppy next to her. Kendal and Brynn looked so beautiful together

However, considering Elliana and Lilliana didn’t really dance duets with each other much, I thought theirs wasn’t too bad. Definitely could’ve been better in terms of timing (and I certainly also preferred Kendall’s and Brynn’s) but I don’t think they were bad, especially considering their young age and the fact that this was one of their first duets together. They didn’t have the same trust or confidence or practice with each other that Kendall and Brynn did, and that’s normal 😄

The minis dance looked pretty cute, and they dancers pretty well, but they were off on the timing and they were not together. You can even see that Lily forgets the dance at one point and has to look at Ellie to know what to do. The Elite duet should have absolutely won
