I have closely studied the Cross Body Lead video , but don't recall seeing a video on the Hook Turn, which you refer to in the Cross Body Lead with Hook Turn video(which illustrates the Hook Turn quite well). Is there one?

Why his CBL ends on his R foot (5-6-7 on same spot) instead of RLR (R,L+turn,R)? R on 5 is habit that difficult to get rid of.
