I used do those kind of exercises, it's a lot of work but great results. I used to do this when I was 19 years old, now i'm over 50 but I can still push my body to do that kind of work out. I love her arms. That's being my challenge to my arms like that. Excellent job ladies.

This was refreshing and unique. KZbin is full of good fitness videos but they are all relatively the same. This is something different that looks like something that I would actually do. I will do try this in the morning. I am happy that this is not yet another hip hop dance fitness video.

I do similar arm exercises to this in my barre classes, sometimes with very light Dumbbells and sometimes none at all. It's high repetition and it's that which means you feel the burn feeling as you do it. This instructor was originally trained by Tracey Anderson and if you look at her workouts especially the arms you'll see they are similar. The idea is, to use the arm in all rotations and angles that way you tone it all up as opposed to just using weights and doing a bicep curl which will just give you bigger biceps depending on your body type. Tracey Anderson, dance body and a good barre class, barre workout are the best exercises you can do for creating a longer, leaner body type, if you have excess weight then you still need to look at your diet. Tracey Anderson recommends -6 times a week workouts. If you want good results I would do an all over dance body workout or Tracey Anderson, or attend a good barre class -5-6 times a week then add in some extra sessions for problem areas such as abs, arms. Nothing will shape you better than these types of workouts which don't add bulk but really tone. Never have I got such good results and definition in my arms since doing arm exercises like these, and I've tried body pump, gym based workouts and weights, cardio. This stuff works!

Espero bajar al fin este brazo gordito :'D Día 1:✔️ esta rutina de verdad te hace notar lo descuidado que has sido con tu brazo :'D Día 4: descanse, las rutinas duelen x'd Día 5: check y continuamos, perdon el olvido xD a sido doloroso pero increiblemente ya noto cambios, minimos, pero los hay!

Love, Love - Praying I can do your workouts at minimum twice a week and get ready for the summer! There was no way I was sitting around during the Corona Virus without getting exercise and at least work towards my fitness goals!

Hi DanceBody I'm trying to understand what this will do for my arms - I already have very slim arms and don't want to slim them down, I just want to increase strength in them. I like having some muscle definition and shape to them. Is this the right workout for me? If not, do you have any fun ones for my body and strength goals? Thank you, I get bored of just lifting weights!
