This is my favorite song from Pentagon. They did the popular dances at the time in their choreo. They don't get alot of love but this are underrated.

I recommend Pentagon’s Like This, Humph, Naughty Boy, ShaLaLa, Dr Bebe, Daisy, and Do or Not dance practices. Their last title track was Feelin’ Like in Jan 2022. Pentagon is a 9 member group (used to be 10 members) that debuted on October 10, 2016 under Cube Entertainment. The eldest member was born in April 1992 and the youngest (trio 8 days apart) were born in Jan 1998 (Jan 23, 27, & 31). E’Dawn (the one who started the song) was removed from the company due to a contract violation shortly after they released Shine. Currently 2 members are serving their mandatory military service (2nd eldest & leader Hui - *enlistment ends Nov 2022* & 3rd eldest Hongseok - Hongseok just enlisted on May 3, 2022). The eldest Jinho, returned from his military service in Nov 2021. 2 members (Yuto - rapper with verse when they did slow motion moves and Yanan the one who sang “my baby”) are both foreign members. Yuto is Japanese (first Japanese rapper in kpop) and Yanan is Chinese; Yanan is currently in China due to a family emergency and now lockdown due to covid cases and Yuto just went home for solo schedules. Due to their ages, Pentagon will not be together as 9 member group until 2025 to 2028 (depending on enlistment dates). It is possible that they could have a small window in 2025 with all 9 before the youngest 2 Korean members have to enlist sometime in 2026.

Pentagon are a performance group of epic proportions. The vocals in this group (but I know that isn’t your thing) and also the dances they put on. They recently came out with Feelin Like which has some pretty awesome choreo. Plus songs like Basquiat, Dr. Bebe, Daisy, Do or Not. Everyone calls Seventeen the theater kids of kpop, but I think its more like Seventeen are the Glee club and Pentagon are the Theater Kids. There were 10 members and they became a group through a show and each having 5 qualities their company was looking for. Now there are only 9 members.

i loved your insight so much!! i think a characteristic of what makes pentagon pentagon is their amazing story telling and musicality. they are all musicians/actors and produce their own music & have a hand in their choreographies too! they definitely have a musical performance type of style and prioritize immersion and range over sharpness and explosive moves tho they could hit us with that if they wanted to :) hoping to see you react to more

thank you for checking out Pentagon, they famous with powerfull vocal and stage performance, they give the audience energy. before i became fans i always like watched they performance they look having fun. Hard to believe this song did not win a songle award isn't it? Kpop is such a competitive industry. It took Pentagon years to win one even though they are insanely talented and their music is amazing. People need to stop sleeping on Pentagon. Cube needs to promote them better.
