Jake is Korean-Australian, Jay is Korean-American while Ni-ki is fully Japanese. Hes actually the first non-korean idol to debut under Bighit labels since the others were half korean but Ni-ki is full Japanese.

Jake born in Brisbane, Australia. He was a student from St. Peters Lutheran College, a private school known for its impressive music program. He moved to Korea alone by himself and able to make that bold decision about his passion for music and he did it!

Ni-ki is really a main dancer material,, he can memorize the dance in just 10 mins.. and even he's one of the younger trainee on ILAND, all of them are threatened to him coz he dance so well

They came from the survival show called I-Land. Basically, at the end of it, 6 members were chosen from global viewers votes and the 7th member was chosen by the producers .

Japanese and Korean are very different languages it’s definitely difficult to learn Korean if you speak only Japanese. Since niki has been in Korea for only 1 year he still isn’t that fluent but he works hard and the other members especially Jay who can speak Japanese help him understand things easier.

5:14 Jake lived in Australia since 2018 and moved ALONE to korea in 2019(Because he watched BTS perform DNA on AMA 2018(He did say on Yesterday interview in the Blue room that in the beginning he didn't know korean that well but now the members say that are very proud how much well can Jake and Ni-Ki can speak korean💜

There’s one episode in Iland during an elimination round, I think.. after Fake performance where Bang PD mentioned he felt sad cuz Heeseung told him he’s not gonna rap anymore cuz he likes to focus on singing. Pdogg said he felt sad too cuz Heeseung is a really good rapper. Bang PD told Pdogg that Heeseung told him he’s giving him too many responsibilities. Hope to see him rap again..

In the show's finale on September 18, 2020, which was broadcast live, the show announced the final 7 members who would debut as Enhypen. Winning contestants include Yang Jung-won, Lee Hee-seung, Ni-ki, Jake, Jay, Park Sunghoon and Kim Sun-oo. The six members were decided by global vote system and the last member by the producer's choice.You can see in the guide said the member rank

14:10 I-Land did have 2 parts,The first part was 23 trainees and the trainees did have to vote of who did have to go to the Ground(The I-Land house only could have 12 trainees so the rest trainees did have to stay in GROUND=A small space that only have a dance practice and all trainees in the ground have to leave and come back in the nextv day) And in the second part only was 12 members and each 12 episodes they did have a test(They only have 1 day to learn the choreo and in the final episode the fans voted for the members 1 to 6 and the producers choose the 7th members💜

heeseung used to be a very good rapper when he was still a trainee in bighit according to bangpd. he also said that he was so sad when heeseung wants to focus on his vocals more. also, sunghoon is a professional figure skater of korea for 10 years (i think) but he sacrificed his career for being an idol bc that is his dream. also, jake is a korean-australian who moved alone to sokor to pursue his dreams to be an idol.

we had to vote who we wanted first it started with 23 then when voted on the final 12 for part 2 then a trainee would get eliminated whether it be not enough vote's or the producers would eliminated them based on their performance they also had ranks and if you made to the top 7 ranks they would give them a badge and then we voted on the 7 that would debut 6 would be picked from votes and 1 would be picked from the producers
