i think part of why their choreo is always so incredible is that not only do they do their own music (jihoon/woozi making the songs) but they work in coordination with woozi and hoshi, leader of the performance team and head choreographer, to make the songs' choreo always suit perfectly with the songs. it lends a level of realness and coordination you don't often find in other pop songs, regardless of country of origin. woozi is also a great dancer. oh, i or someone should send you the predebut dance battles of 17...

This MV looks so good. The colours, camerawork, staging, all on point. The dabs, though, lol. TBH, I wish that trendy/meme dances weren't so much a thing in Kpop. They don't age well--with the exception of the shoot in PENTAGON's Shine, IMO. I'll never get sick of that hook. It made me start dancing. Bias: Wonwoo. He seems to care a lot about social issues (he finally bias-wrecked me when I read that he asks female staff to check that his lyrics aren't offensive to women), and I find some of his lyrics/personality relatable. Wrecker: Woozi. He can truly do it all. Favourite unit: That's harder. I usually go for a group's rap line, but Performance Team brought me into the Diamond Life, so...
