i love this series you got going, dance practices are great but seeing behind the scenes when they don’t have everything cleaned up yet has always been so interesting to me and it’s even better to hear from the perspective of a dancer!

Woozi hasn’t always been buff. Most of members started working out hardcore about 2-3 years ago. At the beginning Hoshi and Woozi (I think) worked out a lot with their besties, MONSTA X (who are super buff). On a VLIVE a couple of years ago, the members said that Woozi is the most buff/has the best body. I think they said Wonwoo is #2. Woozi definitely one of my bias wreckers. His attitude and look when he dances is🔥 Finally consuming hundreds of hours of SVT content is paying off! lol

Oh I also love watching Inside Seventeen coz you get to see a glimpse of the process. They work so hard all the time and still have time to practice this much just to perfect the performance.
