Omg yes i love these types of videos! Kpop groups always call their choreo videos ‘dance practices’ but you never see them actually practicing anything😂 So i love that SVT actually shows how their performances come together

to be fair, as you noticed a bit in this video, svt doesn't do EVERYTHING themselves, they work with choreographers and producers, but they do have a very heavy hand in everything! Woozi def does all/most of the writing, and partners with someone (Bumzu) for composing, and Hoshi and performance team do work with a choreographer or team of choreographers with whom they share the effort!! and of course staff do things like staging but take a lot of suggestions from svt along the way. the boys often take the time to give their staff credit where it's due, which is why i wanted to point that out!!!! but the boys really do SO much, they have SO much more of a hand in their music and performances than a lot of other groups, and they def deserve the extensive credits to their names :D watching them work like this is always sooo much fun. it's so cool to see, and i always gain even more respect for them when i watch videos like this :)
