I don't even have a problem with western styles. But the 'classical' aspect is getting ruined. Both Indian and western classical styles require years of practice and dedication. Something that's missing in the gymnastics of the modern dances. I switch channels when I see those robotic dances lol.

YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO WATCH MORE OF INDIA'S BEST DANCER SEASON 2 especially of gourav sarwan's performances!!! he's the older one in white that rick you kept saying is "freaking improv-ing that" and "he is something else" he's absolutely incredible and won second place in this competition at 16 years old!!!!! super dancer chapter 4 is also insanely fun with all the talented kids and gourav himself appeared as a younger child in chapter 2. it would be better if you had the episodes subbed bc a lot of the dances are very lyrical but also it's really enlightening to hear the judges' comments and feedback. a lot of the performances are to songs you've reacted to and loved you'll have great fun watching!!!
