Dances of the Lowlanders 1

The dances illustrate the fiesta spirit and demonstrate true love. The dances are lively, express joy in work, love for music and pleasure in the simplicities of life. Often they include fetes such as balancing glasses filled with water on their heads, arms and hands while leaping between bamboo poles while dancing gracefully.
