The male instructor in this Video Clip is Ron Montes. He was a member of our community here in Arizona. He passed away during the height of the Covid pandemic 2 years ago. If he is not busy teaching dance and competing, Ron would regularly join our ballroom dance social events in Sun City, AZ

Oh my god. I knew Ron, he taught in San Rafael CA many years ago. So sorry he passed away! I just started dancing again after 4+years pause and 8 Covid vaccinations.

@@MartyHirsch - Ron was born here in Arizona. I think he was not a believer of vaccination. He went to a dance competition in Hawaii and when he came back, he got sick. Don't give up on ballroom dancing. It's one of the better exercises that senior folks can do...physically, mentally and socially.

NightClub2Step has become part of the dances included in Ballroom Dance events. There is a slower version of "Hotel California" played here for NC2Step. We also play "Whiter Shade of Pale" for the same dance.

NIcely done. I just learned this exact pattern last night. This demo helped clear up a couple of things I could have done better. Nice breakdown and very thorough. Makes me want to wake my wife up so we can practice. LOL
