Remix? Vocals? What I call a remix is full vocal cut down to a minimal or from genre to another genre at the least.. Unless the vocalist is Sylevester's very own vocalist then maybe. Sylevester from nice&ripe UK right?

I'm a dj with organic menory no usb or cd lol.. Check this out what I'm about to say.. Scott garcia''s waiting drum pattern and zed bias's "neighbourhood" feat.mc rampus drum pattern .. Now I would say whoever came up with it first the second is remixes whoever uses the drums just like Architects boy is mine and most of restless Natives tracks.. on one hand zed bias did make more of the pattern in most ofnhis tracks in the first example vs scott garcia but Scott I think made waiting first before any of the zed bias tracks with that pattern. In the architects and restless natives example it's a little different with restless using the pattern first and in most of their tracks whereas architect's only one of two, architects used it good as they used a well know r&b tracks vocals which is a remix already by changing tempo to fit another genre then also using a drums they didn't even make. Master steps's melody clearly to me is remix in the drum sense like above as the pattern comes from Busta rymes's Dangerous drums. #djlnr

I remember listining to Hot 97 here in NYC and Frankie Knuckles Dropped this in one of his mixes and I was gagging…..had it on tape……(we know how THAT turned out….🙄🙁) id give anything to hear those mixes now that there is Shazam. Gives me chills, he played this w a song female vocalist…..”baby we can talk all night….” Im still dying to know what that banger was. Being a house music lover is rough! 🤦🏻‍♂️
