I don't understand the comments about his personality. He comes across as a confident man but I don't think he's big headed at all. I like him. There is a lot of pressure on him to stay at the top and he one of the best , if not the best dancer in the competition. There is nothing wrong with him being pleased about the scores, or being proud of himself with what he has achieved. He deserves to win, in my opinion.

I don't know the guy,but all the interviews,etc, I have seen him giving/doing ...this is a bloody nice guy.And quite something.He does things to a really high standard;who wouldn't want him as a son?He is focussed;talented;polite.......heck! the majority of celebs who have no talented yet a self-indulgent and/or criminal past don't get the criticism Ray gets!What is wrong with you?! Ian Doolan - for once just let the BEST win and accept it without a personality post mortem. Not sure coming second on the X factor is failing miserably - whether you like his personality or not is irrelevant. Its about skating. I am pretty sick of the mediocre and sub-par winning everything because they are likable and they make the average and below average feel better about themselves. Something I found a bit strange and I don't know if anyone else who watched it and saw! But he was sat with the cast of hollyoaks at the British soap awards and his wife (I'm guessing she is as they both look like they are wearing wedding bands) isn't in the show and she was also with him so I'm wondering if (I don't know what she does for a living!) one of them maybe about to join the show. He's not been in it before I know that! I just found it a little bit odd that he was with them in their group with his other half! I could just be reading to much in to it though! Ray Quinn is a brilliant skater and will probably win this show, but he is such a plonker so up himself and is so big headed his attitude stinks. A celebrity hardly was in Brookside years ago and failed miserably on X Factor. His persona is horrible and when someone is good and someone is cocky and arrogant its not nice.
