As soon as a bike club starts a mission (i.e. Lawrence getting on one of the bikes they had to steal) it notifies the entire server and tells they will be rewarded for stopping them. For one it wasn't people (*cough* fans *cough*) actually mindlessly killing the Funhaus guys, it was random people on a server that were doing what is part of the DLC - hindering a rival business/bike club.

GTA 5 DOES have private/invite only lobbies. This DLC (the CEO and Motorcycle Club) is specifically designed to drive competition between rival clubs of players, and thus you can't do them on private sessions because that would invalidate the entire point of them.

The way they ramp off the shark perfectly reflect their personalities. James getting it right just because he can. Adam trying to get it right but getting it wrong because he can't. Bruce just broosting it to the max and becoming an excited little child. Lawrence isn't doing it because it isn't practical to his true power level/ he died before he got there.

I think the whole point of having other players in your lobby is to add the reality of gang warfare that the game is attempting to make. To have an world wide online game without other people is a paradox, what is the point of online with competition. To get angry over Adam having to fight some opponents like a badass and epic car chases that may sometimes end in failure is stupid ( adressing the comments)
