It made from green been paste , painted with food coloring and dipped in agar 3-4 times . If you choose the small one , it’s delicious . But the big one , i don’t like either because it has too much green been paste (I’m Thai.)

honestly, i like when theyare no commentary. and i noticed that others food channel when peoples make commentary are all lies. they are always like "wooow this is delicious and blablabla" , but in fact, it can be disgusting. at least here, no commentary and honest text to give an idea of the taste (or sometime, an honest grin on the lady face, specially with durian ^^ )

I kinda agree. I like that they keep it simple but I prefer the videos of her and her expressions when she bites into whatever it is. Some of us haven't traveled to some of these places so we have no idea about these foods. What I would like to see in every video is her (or whoever) taking a bite and her response. Honestly it would also be nice on some of the items to simply (nothing long and drawn out) state how it tastes. (Ex: "This is really chewy" or "This tastes like _____". I like the channel regardless.
