@@childofcascadia I’m sure particular places have vegetarian options but you’d be spending most your time looking. Bone and fish broth are pretty much the standard for ramen and noodles. Best bet is looking at hotpot places and see what soup bases they offer. Some do offer milk or soy based broths. Least with a hotpot you can only order vegetables if you so please. But without the meat you’re really not getting the whole experience and the soup base might not be as flavorful. It’s probably not even worth the hassle getting a vegetarian option tbh having the succulent meats is the best part of hotpot’s and ramen in Japan. I’d advise doing research on restaurants with vegetarian options before traveling anywhere.

Another thing I like is that when we take a seat, we can sit alone and not be bothered by others, and we can also leave the seat when we have something to do by leaving one of the wooden signs behind. small so as not to lose space, as well as in the video, each table will be provided with a free cold water tap to pour drinks. And something special is when we are given a lucky egg to peel and eat, because it is a soft-boiled egg so it looks very delicious🥚. Another great thing is that you can order another drink and so on, it helps you not only have to drink cold water but also enjoy tea and many other drinks and yes, desserts. mouth too🍮.
