I went to singapore with my parents 2 years ago and we stayed there one night just for the xperience because it was too expensive to stay longer but lemme tell u this was sooo worth it (my parents felt the same way because they obiviously paid ☠️) the pool at the top was undeniable the most crazy ezperience i’ve had, i’ve fallen in love with the whole city overall, literally every part of it and I cant imagine my life without living there at least a few years or coming back to it very so often…. If always wanted to live in New York but I understood that singapore is the way way way better new york… it has the same “tall buldings” its also an expensice city but everthing and everyone there was so so sooo much nicer and comfortable than in ny. I’ve never been catcalled or even looked at weird there, they have so much respect (especially cuz you can get a high fine if you are the one catcalling!) the city is so beautiful and clean, I loved the even “cheaper” areas cuz of all the lively plants and trees etc. I could easily see myself living there, aswell becaus most/all of them speak also english… I love you singapore I will be back when I live independently

I stayed at this hotel in March of 2018. It looked fabulous from the outside, but I was shocked to see how cheaply it was made when looking closely. The rooftop pool had several areas where metal fitments had come loose. The elevator in the garage malfunctioned and took us up-and-down thrice. I wonder who built it???

100%. I’ve not stayed there but visited. The lobby is awful. It’s like a long train station or passageway. Lacks character or focus. Noisy. Crowded with people. And the rooms are just normal rooms with admittedly good views. There’s much nicer hotels in Singapore.
