Впервые вижу блины на пару,а если посыпать сыром,переложить слив,маслом и на 10-15 минут в духовку,получается оболденное блюдо. Я делала,только тесто в кипятке ,затем в холодную воду. Теперь попробую сделать тесто-блины так. Спасибо.
