Dandridge is our new home, we bought a beautiful 1910 farmhouse last April. We really enjoyed the video, highlighting our quiet, and historical little town. By the way, our "Meet the Neighbors" BBQ last June will be an annual event, we would love to have you back again.

I really enjoyed the tour of Dandridge. We come to the Smokies on 92 off of I-40. I love driving through Dandridge and have wondered what it's like inside of the drug store. Thanks for showing us,and eating lunch at their cozy restaurant. A neighboring town has a drug store that had a soda fountain. Sadly the soda fountain restaurant closed down about 5 years ago for lack of business. There is still a gift shop and pharmacy in the building. The drug store area closed due to WalMart opening a few miles from the store. People started shopping there instead of the old drug store. Their gift shop is doing good as well as the pharmacy.

I’m from Dandridge and still love it there. Tinsley-Bible Drug Store is famous for its Bible burger and Ms Peggy’s crockpot soups & chili. The waitress sign in your video I’m sure referenced Ms Peggy. She worked there for as long as I can remember. My uncle was so proud that his 1958 Maury HS class pic hangs behind the cash register. The Merchantile was originally Gass General Store. You could buy anything from animal lineament to embroidery thread in there as well as clothing. I have so many good memories from Dandridge. I really enjoyed your video. Thank you.
