নমস্কার স্যার আমার একটি রোগীর বিষয় একটু বলতে চাই... আমার কাছে একটি অচেনা রোগী বয়স পঞ্চাশ বছর..... হাতের আঙ্গুলের কোনে আঙ্গুল হারার ব্যথা ফোলা পুজ জমা নিয়ে আসেন.. আমি কেস রেকর্ড না করেই সাইলিসিয়া 30 তিন দিন ধরে দিনের দুবার করে খেতে দিলাম... সাত আট দিন পর সেই রোগী আবার আসে বলে তার আঙ্গুল ঠিক হয়ে গেছে কিন্ত তার কুড়ি বছর আগের ভাল হওয়া পাইলস ফিরে এসেছে.....আমি পি এল দিলাম কিন্ত কয়েকদিন পর আবার এল তেমন কিছুই কমে নি... এবার সময় নিয়ে কেস রেকর্ড করে দেখলাম.....গায়ে আচিল টিউমার.....শীত কাতর... সকালেই বেশি বেথা ও ঘুমের মধ্যেই উরে যাওয়ার পরে যাওয়ার কথা...পিছনে কে যেন আসছ...... এই সব দেখে থুজা সঠিক ওষুধ বলে মনে করছি কিন্ত ওষুধ কিছুই এখনও দিই...কিন্ত পাইলস কমছে না ওষুধ দি নি..কারন। .সাইলি থুজা দুজনের পরিপূরক .... কি করব ...পাইলস এর জন্য ওষুধ দেওয়ার জোর করছে এখন কি করব. কেন কুরি বছর আগের পাইলস দেখা.দিল যদি দয়া করে একটু বুঝিয়ে বলেন স্যার
