Now , I am back on track. Focus on good diet , mental management ( spiritual knowledge to rise abive body and mind will give the strength) , healthy lifestyle, fight the right big battles, shoo away or resolve the smaller ones instantly. Accept the fear that hair can go away only that will give strength but keep continuing working on urself to learn to work out of interest and not out of fear. We look after ourselves when we get sick ..it means hairfall is our friend that is guiding us to start take care of oneself. Focus on the process , don't be too obsessed. When you said jo log bohot zyada sochte hain, sochte hi rehte hain. Either past me rehte hain ya future me rehte hain, present me kam rehte hain! That hit me so hard because I am an overthinker and I just cannot shut my brain as long as I am awake. It keeps on thinking either past incidents or making hypothetical scenarios or even playing songs in my head. But, it just never shuts off. Coming on to the seborrheic dermatitis, I have been facing this for so many years. I think maybe since 2014 and it's on its highest level now. Thank you Sir for sharing preventive measures and required medications to control this problem. I'll try my best to follow these steps. Also one question is that, can we prevent seborrheic dermatitis from occurring again? Like is there any permanent solution for this?

Doctor is factually right guys. Cold water actually make difference in dandruff removal. I live in NZ and used to take shower with hot water everyday because of cold weather here and dandruff problems started occurring and never rooted out with any of shampoos but when I came to India in July and because of extreme hot summers and I took cold water shower for a week and mustard oil massage every evening then cold shower again on holidays it was like I never had dandruff before completely gone
