I find it really ironic how Annoying Orange was meant to be a one off video on Dane Boe's channel, but then it got so popular that he made a few more videos, than an entire channel for him, and then it got a few mobile games and a tv series, and the Dane Boe channel became abandoned in 2016 so that he could focus on the Annoying Orange. So basically, a spinoff managed to surpass its main channel. It's like Persona.
