INSANE New Zealand Geothermal Area! | Taupō Ep 3 of 4

We just got back from New Zealand. We were at Orakei Korako a month ago and were blown away by the beauty of this. We decided to go to this geothermal area as it seemed less crowded and the fact that you will have to hop on the little boat to get there made it even more special.

@@DaneAndStacey Absolutely, we loved it and will be back :). I actually got a lot of inspiration from your videos and had some of your suggestions on our itinerary. Walking on those boardwalks look beautiful yet terrifying at the same time. There are no railings! I'd be afraid to slip into that boiling water. But the surrounding nature is astounding. Taking a sea plane there, then a boat, makes it appear so remote! 👌

Yes!!! Loved it. Have you visited the park at Te Puia? Lots of geysers there plus the show and dinner are spectacular.

Such a cool place, isn't it? Friends in Taupo took me 3 years ago and it blew me away! So much calmer than the more commercial ones and even better that it's managed by the local iwi 🙂
