With this formula, along with Danessa’s other foundation, you only need 1-2 pea sized amounts, then dot the product around the face, and blend. This is definitely a foundation where you don’t need a lot because coverage is meant to be medium. Less is more with all DMB products. I hope you give it a try again😊

I absolutely adore how genuinely real you are.. Real woman with actual real skin. Doesn't make me feel crap about myself knowing that pores and texture is a real thing and can be shown on camera. So thank you for that ❤️

I find with Danessa Myricks’ foundations, one has to use a lot less than what you’d normally use. With her other foundation, I was frustrated with it until I only used a drop. This look beautiful on camera. I also have oily skin, so I really think I’d have similar results. But will I buy it? Uh yeah. It’s DANESSA!!!

I am normal-dry and definitely more dry now so I think I will LOVE this foundation! I think it looked stunning on you, even at the end and the blotting seriously made it look even more amazing! Swatch model out here setting the husband standards high! I love it because my husband is supportive like that about my makeup and hair stuff. I have been a licensed working hairstylist and makeup artist since highschool and he gets it. And honestly I am trying to get into nursing school and hope my husband wants to play Swatch model with me on my free time haha

Maryam, I love how you review complexion products!! I love how many different angles you do, close up shots, how it looks with lights, without lights, you are so HONEST AND TRULY GENUINE!!! What a perfect time to catch up on my Maryam videos ! To watch you trying the NEW DANESSA MYRICKS Yummy foundation is just the best way to start my Maryam binge watching! I FRaeAKEn LOVE AND ADORE Danessa and all her products 🥰🙌💯 I’ve been literally raving about Danessa on my Channel since last year. I hardly hear influencers here on KZbin talking about her and I was just flabbergasted cuz she’s such innovative Brand and human being. I own all her products and I love each one. She’s definitely a “juicy “ kinda gal cuz she loves the oils, creams, and lush products. I already ordered mine from Sephora I got 6N, so I’m hoping it works for me. Hearing your review makes me feel I’ll probably be sheering out this heavy Yummy Foundation with her beauty oil. Her oil cuts down heavy foundations like Il Makiage. I think you look gorgeous no matter what… and swatch model always has the best point of view and he’s so wise & well versed in beauty 😏😳 My hubby better get his shit together. Sooo pretty!! I can't wait to review this too! I have oily dehydrated acne prone skin so hope it works. She says 1 drop covers the whole face and I am looking for another luminous finish. Ordered 1 for a concealer shade and 1 for foundation. Love her Colorfixs. Definitely be using those over. Believe it or not dewy products makes me produce less oils throughout the day 😊

When I first heard Danessa Myricks was coming out with a foundation I thought it would be like a medium version of Pat McGrath’s skin sublime foundation. I didn’t think it would be full glam foundation. It’s nice tho. I’m more interested in the primer tho. I bet it looks great just on the high points of the face with some skincare underneath. Lee also provides great commentary 😂 he’s such a guy lol.

I think the 7N matches you perfectly. Maybe a winter shade? At first, when you were swatching, i thought the 6 shade matched you really well. At least your face. I know we're supposed to match foundation to our chest, but you know how Chinese people are- we like skin completely untanned, read white 🤣

Theatrical and editorial makeup artistry is sooo different from commercial..they use sparingly, then spray, then layer then layer and blend blend blend ... most of us dont have that kind of time or resources, so maybe that transition from MUA in an editorial sense to a commercial sense is taking some time. In my mind, as much as I am head over heels for her and her brand..i feel that it works in certain spaces only at this time.. and as commercial consumers we may just not be ready for a product that just translates well on camera. Its like Kryolan makeup, just tapping my brush across my concealer circle over hydrated skin gives the most beautiful result ever... however its been mixed with a medium and smells like the theater..not exactly elegant either..so this may be a product somewhere in between theatrical and commercial.
