Get it girl. I used it again to create another look and the eyeshadow lasted all day without creasing 😊. I’ve also used it to fill in my brows and the orange shade to color correct. Idk about the Patrick ta palette, the shades look a bit too cool toned in my opinion. But idk, we’ll see

I would be skeptical about any of the Danessa Myricks cosmetic products as they are ALL made in China/PRC. Read the fineprint. Many of the ingredients I have questions about the safety and efficacy. The test will be to see how the palette lasts over 1-2 years - are they as robust as Denona or McGrath palettes? If it starts to turn or smell, don't use it!!

It’s good if you like soft neutral looks. You can also use it as somewhat of a base to pair with colorful looks if you want. But I love that it can be used all over the face.

Yeah you can with other eyeshadow palettes. Great matte neutral palette but let's not play it's that anything new or "innovative".

@@stateofhead5262 there have been a few over various brands throughout the years. Yes it's less likely to find two consistencies in the same shade within a palette but it has been done. You can still find both consistencies in other just released palettes like with Natasha Denona. As for where you can wear it? Anything that can be applied to the eye can be applied to the lip.

There are a few things that set this palette apart from others. First thing is that the powders include the ingredient Upsalite which helps control oil and smooth texture. I’m certain I have not seen that in any other palette. Another thing that sets this palette apart is all of the shades she included can work on all skin tones. There is a shade to color correct, a shade to bronze, to contour, to fill in brows, a shade for lip liner, etc. The shades don’t lean too warm or too cool.

@@iAmTeshaMarie upsalite is a pretty common ingredient throughout the beauty world but isn't highly favoured as it doesn't wear well on a lot of skin textures. It's something DM is holding onto but if it goes the way of her beauty balm it will rapidly lose popularity within her line. In regards to it working on all skin tones, nothing will ever truly "work" on all skin tones. There's always going to be shades that lean more toward one than the other. Sure we can make them work but it's simply the nature of colour theory and how colours play off our undertones. There's a lot of great neutral based face palettes out there and as mentioned above, any eyeshadow palette can be applied all over the face as when it comes to safety, one of the fastest ways to get thing into the bloodstream is through the eyes so if it's eye safe, it'll be mouth safe. Great that it has worked for you and your video was definitely one of the better ones online (I very much enjoyed it), I simply don't agree that this is anything revolutionary due to many products I already own/have used out on the field. I think she curated a great set of colours which are definitely inclusive which more brands should obviously do and I commend her for pushing the envelope further.
