basiclly you use a cvt transmission in a wheel loader? that brings the comfort from a (for example) fendt vario to a wheel loader?

Yes, the cvt technology allows functionality that so different than what is available in the Fendt Vario systems, improving operator comfort and machine drivability in many similar ways.
