I think its either Nekomaru (because he said the bathroom unlocked after the body was found, which it didn't) or Mikan (Because she tripped.. Maybe she was lying and it was actually from the cord?) But then again Nekomaru said *about* and Mikan is pretty clumsy.. Eh I'm probably wrong... Also I'm kinda suspicious of Nagito- not for murder or anything. But remember in the beginning he asked Monomi or whatever "You didn't bring us here to kill each other, right? Or something along those lines?

Regarding your last sentence, that is a foreshadowing. Also, whoever did it must not have done the body check before, or was left alone where no one would see them aka no alibi. Consider the personalities of the first two people that you have mentioned. That is an important aspect of the game. Nagito is definitely suspicious for sure, but he's on cleaning duty, meaning he never had the opportunity to get the knife as he said he was so busy cleaning the dining hall for the entire day. You can only get the knife from the kitchen and perhaps the supermarket, but Byakuya would have confiscated that. That leaves us with only two people who could have possibly had access to the murder weapon, Byakuya and Teruteru. No way would Byakuya kill himself, so the only person possible would be Teruteru. Given that the kitchen was not that thoroughly searched before the party, there's a lot of places for him to hide his gear.

I reckon it's the cook or that white-haired guy... ( i forget the names ) my reasoning for the cook is: i think the knife and the tape had glow paint on it, and he was the only other person besides that white-haired guy who was in the building, so he would be able to hide the knife, the tape, turn on all the appliances and i think the skewers were 5mm thick in diameter so maybe that was the actual murder weapon. and since he was in the kitchen he may of gone through the fire doors to get under the old house thing in order to get everything ready. my reasoning for the white-haired guy: he may of rigged the chopstick drawing in order to get the cleaning job so he can set up for the murder. he also may have been the one who hid the skewer and painted the knife and duct-tape with glow paint as a decoy. he also would've had time to turn on all the appliances, and also wasn't he the one who suggested that guarding the box of things in the storage room where to irons were found bad for that sword girls health, because he didn't clean it?
