I'm not sure if I would call his personality that of Kokichi's. I always distinguish the three from each other as: Rantaro is a slightly sexier, more sane, friendlier Nagito- and Kokichi is a slightly more sane, total dick Nagito. Nagito doesn't really go out of his way to insult people and be sarcastic and lie as often as Kokichi does. He does do that in chapter 4, though. This comment sort of makes it sound like I hate them- I don't. Within the whole series, Nagito is my #1 favorite, Rantaro is my #2, and Kokichi is my #7. Sorry for being, uh, four years late.

I really grow fond of Maki. I don't know why but maybe because I like calm, collected characters in a game (like Kyoko in the first game). Also, many thanks for playing with english vocals. I have come to prefer this a lot over the japanese one since the dub is so surprisingly good.

I didn't like her at first. Because she tried to blame Kaito as the culprit, and thought that Shuichi did it, and hated Kaede so much to the point where she didn't have any respect for her... even to the point of calling Kaito and idiot so many freaking times and got most of the ultimates to do the same thing and he doesn't want to do the arguments the way Kokichi wants them to. But after her true talent was revealed and how Kaito taught her to not blame herself, to respect herself and forgive herself, she became much more useful... But when the truth was revealed about Kaede in Chapter 6, It's plausible that Maki had some regrets for hating someone who was wrongfully convicted, and with her own past being a fabricated lie. She became one of the best girls in fiction. Maki is a huge example of a Dynamic character.
