Holy shit I just finished this episode and I just need to say that Akira and Tomoya already have such a brilliant dynamic they absolutely KILLED it in this episode. I love that they have a great balance of being comically insulting and teasing with each other, but also having moments where they can just reflect on their perspectives and means of handling situations in order to find some sort of common ground in trying to handle an unfamiliar situation. On their own too, Akira and Tomoya already have so much personality and they already feel extremely relatable for the little characteristics like how easily Tomoya breaks his confidence character or how Akira just wants to be herself without people nagging her about everything. I feel so starved on content I need tomorrow to come faster but this episode was phenomenal and both Akira and Tomoya are godsends of characters I was not wrong for having both of them as my favorites and that's even moreso the case now. 😭

I have many things to say, thsi prologue is awesome!! just the first part is already amazing also Tomoya and Akira dynamic is so cool i love both of them, didnt expect Tomoya to be the sidekick/firstpersonwemeet but i love him so much, sadly being in the rol is usually a big first victim dead flag but just sometimes tho, i also love Rei more than i thought i will shes so cute and ahh everything is just amazing keep up with that, i cant wait for episode 2!

I love it! It's a very well done beginning, greatly crafted from the composition, the music, the characters. I know it sounds dumb, but one thing that sticks out to me is the lack of textbox sound, which makes the experience different, not bad not good but different. I wish you a good continuation.

Spoilers! 🚨 ( If you haven’t watched don’t read this) I love this epsiode! I am glad that we could see the dymanic between Akira and her brother and how she means so much to him i wonder if she will ever see him with the other ultimates too i wonder and why do the kidnappers think Akira is so important “ oh she is dangerous this one” and a whole stampede came over her anyways i wonder what happened to the girl that died what a mystery and i wonder if it’s connected to the ultimates and the kidnappers must be very skilled EOS is a very strong organization by what i saw and how did they get guns? This gets even more suspicious by the minute but i love all the personalities we all have here Morita is a very gentlemen but also full of him self he is very cute i got to admit hehehhe and Rei is also like that but not as much as him and she seems pretty sad about what is happening with her culture i still think Akira shouldn’t have lied to her it’s better to give someone the real deal then giving them false hope i do like Akira’s personality she is a brave protagonist and very feisty and strong not like many girls that need to be saved or princess as Morita likes to call it Great job to the team for making this so amazing and working so hard the voice acting is out of this world and I can’t wait to see more keep up the good work! 💌

My impression of the guys so far AKIRA: my wife is so serious and rational. I cant believe that happened to her! She was very aware though, so maybe she was in a previous killing game, that being how she acquired her position as ultimate internet sensation? She knows how to fight, clearly. Maybe thats how she gained her reputation HITOSHI: Definitely has a sister complex. I dont know much about him, but clearly he cares about Akira a lot. He seems like the kind of person who likes to stay informed. TOMOYA: my silly therapist husband. I agree with akira though, maybe ultimate narcissist does suit him better. He's very full of himself. Idk how he would do his therapist lessons lol he would brag the whole time. Cant wait to meet his sister -I WANNA TOUCH HIS EYELASHES- DA AREA SO FAR: they probably arent at the award ceremony place if measures were taken to knock them out. Maybe to put them in different rooms, but i doubt that happened. Maybe, there is a hotel after all MY BESTIE REI: superiority complex, very adorable. She doesnt like city folk or modern methods, noted. Looks down on people despite her hight. DAMN THERE ARE GUNS THESE MFS WERE READY!!! NOTE: Akira likes to refer to herself as innocent and defenceless a lot. Twice, a lot.

this is so amazing!! Heartless Deceit has been on my list of fangans to watch for quite some time and i'm happy i had the time to watch it now. damn, the quality is SOOOOOOOO AMAZINGG!! this is up there with Eden's Garden, Shattered Hope, and Kill/Cure in terms of visuals [not a comparison with ill intent, i love all of them!!] also, Akira is so cool, i expected her to be more hostile but well, she's an influencer aside from being *ehem* so i guess it just makes sense. i live ehr dynamics with her brother (who i hope is safe). as for Tomoya, i REALLY thought he's gonna be on the mature and serious side of people but he's an adorable loser 😭😭😭 i love him, i hope he isn't the mastermind. for sure, he'll get traumatized by all the upcoming despair.
