You know I used it to visualize the helpless fight I had to fight against my own negativity, helplessness and depression in a way that makes sense to me. From 0:00 - 29 : A black cube stands in desert, it represents all thats mentioned above, each beat is me entering and instantly back outside, body disfigured and dead. Time passes in fraction and I am standing in front of the cube again by the next beat. For me it represents whenever I tried to confront myself with truth or responsibility seriously and the thought instantly got brushed off. The beats go on and I keep trying with time. 0:30 - 00:51 : The beat gets more oomph , now I appear back out with my my body disfigured , missing a limb but not destroyed and dead. It represents that now I am slightly better able to cope and work on dealing with myself. As the beat charges I speed up in healing myself and approaching the cube again , running the moment my feet hit the ground , faster and faster I recover to attempt the challenge that is me once again. 00:52 - 1:21 : A flash and I am inside , my fist slamming with all my body flying behind into someone, a personification of all my issues , my problems , my frustrations of dealing with myself. All that I wish to overcome , to be patient with myself again. We brawl and eventually and 1:07 put palms against each other and push with all our might , me pushing with all my fight to defend myself against my own irrational insecurities and him pushing to push me into the ground, neither ready to ever yield it seems even as the forces behind us grow in a crescendo 1:22 : 1:40 - We split off in opposite directions , smashing the cube and out into the real world. Smashing smashing smashing as if the opposing forces from both of us will split the world in two but I eventually crash and slow into the ground. 1:41- 2:09 I get up , brush myself off , regain my spirits with a few deep breaths and run back towards him as he surely must be doing the same. 2:10 - 2:35 : We stand apart again , slowly inching closer till our swinging fists meet each other again , rising once more with the tempo 2:36 - 2:50 : We hit faster and heavier than ever before , pushing harder and harder knowing that this round is the most serious one yet. I am not the weak challenger I was the first 30-40 times. Faster and faster we exchange blows till its impossible for me to follow in my head. 2:51 - 3:05 : Victory , my fist pierces him twice in this period and he sits defeated on the ground as I now decide what to do with him. A feeling of strangeness washes over me despite the roaring blood in my veins 3:06 : I consume him and regurgitate him back , no exact mental image but I KNOW I do. 3:07 - 3:19 : I put my arms on my shoulders and take deep breath to psyche myself for something that is REALLY going to hurt 3:20 - 3:36 : I burn him and we both burn , pain sears and flesh crackles and we collapse and merge. 3:37 - 4:32 : I slowly return to consciousness , the expected pain not there, getting up to find myself better and in control. Feeling like I am in better control and understanding, visibly glowing and vibrant/
