That destroyer needs at least 10 harpoons at once from multiple direction to sink. Recently harpoon tweaked to be more vulnerable against self protection jammer.

I did a scuba dive in that straight along with Austrailian consulate staff, we dove on the Perth and the Houston and the Austrailian naval attache laid a plaque on the forward turret of the HMAS Perth

I was yelling at my screen when you accidentally marked that warship as neutral. 🤣 This battle got crazy fast!! I immediately sniffed out those missile boats to the southwest! I thought "those might be fishing ships, but I don't trust them..."

My helo detected those missile boats right off the bat and seeing them running at 30+ knots told me all I needed to know. They didn’t get any vampires off before the harpoons hit

Would be nice if the AI could hide a stationary Sub NEXT to old sunken wreck. Yes, this game NEEDS old sunken wrecks to confuse and delay.

Glad you didn't fire at that neutral and saw how you "unintentionally" ducked your merchie behind some other innocent unsuspecting fishing sampans. Which if those wake homers happened to have hit them by mistake would have been really "unfortunate". Lol Think I remember you doing something like that in the older Akula campaign with a whale 🐋. Which was totally unfortunate also.. Man, another udaloy, and a more modern sub, or more of a airstrike than 1 plane, and it could have been very different. Think you know that too. Really, really enjoying watching this one @Wolfpack👍

I'd like a feature where you can urge neutral merchant vessels to change course in a certain direction. They can still refuse to comply, but it seems a bit off that there is a storm of missiles heading two directions and some container jockey is happily cruising along while he can spot burning ships all around him and a helo hunting for submarines south of him. I am pretty sure US/Allied forces would try to move merchants out of the way, hell, probably even Soviet/Chinese commanders would rather have a clear playing field.

I thought that one was a fun scenario. I got 2 helios killed by ground based aaa because i wasn't paying attention, but then I got within ER range and took out the guns on the ground. Otherwise, I got off unscathed.

@Wolfpack A Los Angeles Class submarine damaged during Sinkex has been dispatched to San Diego for early decommissioning. During transit the sub encounter a storm very similar that catapulted the USS Nimitz back in time, when the submarine emerged she has found itself facing a German Wolfpack of 25 submarines. With minimal torpedoes of 15 and six deployable mines. And the submarine only able to dive 200 feet and a undermanded crew and the storm reforming 5 miles of the Wolfpack 🐺 can the submarine avoid the Wolfpack and make the storm to make it home. That is the question?
