That would be neat actually but holy hell I cant imagine how long it would take to compile, then export and upload 💀 Plainly difficult does this and uploads only a couple times a week 15-30 minute videos and year compilation videos are 12-18 hours long. DF uploads near daily 15-30 (though I would say probably averages closer 20-30 minutes I just know some are like 17 or 18 mins), I imagine his year length of uploads easily exceeds 24 hours. If I remember to i might actually add up later what the lengths of a year compilation would be if his uploads for that year were compiled cause now Im curious

Video profits are actually lower than you would think, one of the car channels i follow has said he makes about $15k per million views on a video, thats why so many channels push the merch so hard, the profit margins are way higher, sponsors also make a big difference, older videos that are still getting views probably add up over time too, dunno how that translates to DF videos though because different genres earn different amounts per view based on the types of ads YT runs on them.

Add in the fact DF rarely takes sponsors. I like too assume he is overall financially responsible being he's also married and has video editors meaning he has more than just himself to consider and hope these videos arent a huge strain financially for him​ (I.e. he sets x amount aside from each video for those games he spends big) I will say it probably does help he is PG enough (at least language wise) that he probably rarely loses YT ad monetization. At least in one previous video he mentions "its been a while since ive been demonitized" when actively straying further from PG (like horribly torturing and mangling mannequin humanoids in some weird sandbox game that if cant remember enough of to describe better. But it included burning the humanoids and knee capping them 😂) However this is all my speculation and assumption. I know YT isnt as lucrative to the average creator even with 100k+ views or 1 million+ subs, but I would hope DF is able to live comfortably and make a decent living off it given the insane amount of fun content he regularly delivers.@@Greg1096
