Thank you! I love those crackers with the cheese in them. I bought a cheaper brand and found I was SO angry! I didn't connect the two at first (I assumed it was just pms). Then, several days later, I ate them again. Same thing. I was irrationally angry and snappy. I told my husband sorry, I dont know what's going on. He asked if it could be the cheese crackers. I laughed, no way. So i didn't eat any for a couple of weeks, then tried it again. Holy cow. It seems that as I've gotten older I've grown a lot more reactive to dyes. Maybe I'm just more aware. Or maybe they build up in your system. I don't know for sure, but I know I'm avoiding dyes as much as possible.

Artificial dyes can cause behavioral problems in adults and seniors too not just children. I stopped consuming artificially dyed foods and noticed an improvement in behavior

Organic food has natural coloring and many non organic foods don't have fake colors . They have to list them by law if they have them.

Because it is more expensive for food companies and so they have to raise the price and they think if they raise the price then not many people will buy it.

I’m Europe they do 🙃🙃 I read the ingredients on some haribo gummies my friend brought from England and it had really great ingredients and things like beet root juice to color it. America prioritizes profits over the well being of its people. It’s getting harder and harder to ignore
