I keep my dangler packed with an extra IFAK. Blow out kit, extra TQ, sharpie, spare shears etc. you can use it for yourself or someone else. The belt mounted one I keep in a tear away config to toss to someone if I need to.

@samg5463 now that's practical 👍 I normally just do 2TQ , 2-3 mags and a pair of trauma shears myself , I normally keep a smaller ifak in my flak pack .

@ I like running light like that but I still work in EMS so among my little band of merry men I get stuck with the extra medical. Btw best in the new year, you got my sub.
