The animations are so weird and janky. I like how in the second level they played a song from Mario World 2, and I like how they turned the Axe into a functional game element, instead of it only being the end of the level.

I remember a good few years ago when I first got into KZbin from watching Level Up and I am still subscribed and watch the videos (with comments) to this day. I have thought about how cool it would be to play them at that time and recently have been thinking about that a little bit too. While it is missing some elements such as some of Mario's special moves (such as climbing on the huge goomba plus the goons also doing those special-ish moves too like the one headbonk defeating instead of just bouncing him without getting squished and the special death scenes like being whacked to death with the goombas doing the satisfied smile and getting turned into bones or a pig), some dialogue/expressions and start parts, these few levels were still pretty cool and just like with the mindblowing TLOZ:OOT/SM64 hack (which probably won't get continued), I am hoping that there will be more made into levels, especially the newer videos like the void and the ones where you play as another character. I am going to watch BTG play it too before the video straight after of playing that SMW Rom Hack about SMBW and then my Watch Later List will all be cleared which would be quite good.

2:01 "bUt tHe HiTbOx" What are you even talking about. The game already gives like 2 pixels of leeway where the sprites overlap before it registers the hit. But of course, it's the game's fault! And the only reason I bring this is up is because I remembered how you recently complained about the lacking difficulty in Nintendo games these days. THIS is the exact reason why. Because players like you (and you are by far not the only one obviously) will get upset, you will immediately blame the game and potentially rate the game more negatively when things don't go your way. So the solution is to simply make the games easier to avoid these kind of troubles. There you have it, if you ever feel like complaining again why the official games are a bit too easy then you can only blame your own behaviour for it.
