What monopoly are you talking about? Are there any other functioning refineries in Nigeria? If there is any oil monopoly, it would be that of foreign companies since they are the real owners of Nigerian oil. So you people prefer seeing the Chinese, French, British and Americans coming to your country and make billions and billions off your land rather than one of your very own. That's why your country is where it is, because you will drag down any one of you who dares rise from your midst. No one becomes a billionaire without the backing of their country's government. You can google up Gates, Bezos, Cuban, Arnault, Pinault, and any other billionaire I have not cited in this list, from any country, and you'll be amazed at the schemes the governments of their respective countries, regardless of their political leanings, would put in place to facilitate their businesses.
