It's amazing how many places you've visited and surfed! Just curious, perhaps you could make a video of places you haven't surfed or top spots still on your bucketlist?
@DanHarmon1237 ай бұрын
Hi Jason. Thanks for all your comments. However, I'm concerned about how angry my videos make you, as it suggests to me you're deeply unhappy. Please please reach out if you're genuinely struggling! And of course, plenty of places I haven't surfed, and many more I have, but won't be mentioned on KZbin. Using other people's footage in small modified segments is also ok, under fair use copyright law :)

@@Jason124-zp9os Can you just let people enjoy surfing however they want? Chasing double overhead swells for the sake of the ego and being judgemental on others skill levels, will only hurt your soul. "The best surfer out there is the one having the most fun."

Should also note. When renting and riding a motobike in Bali, it is fairly common to get pulled over by the police where they ask for a motorcycle license and papers. This is a common tourist tax, so expect to cough up a few rupiahs!
@doug53727 ай бұрын
How many is a few ? 50,000 or like 200,000 ?
@junglistcali17 ай бұрын
@@doug5372 If you have someone local or can speak Bahasa they will either give you local or foreigner pricing. They first quoted me with around 550,000 rupiah (I am not Indonesian) , then my friend who is Indonesian talked them down. Prices may have changed with more and more tourists. Cheers

Really depends on your bargaining skills 😂 I’ve heard of people forking up 1mil for no license

@@doug5372just don’t have all your cash stashed in your wallet so the cops can see how much you have. I always keep 50 or 100 in a separate pocket then and just tell the cops that’s all I have on me.

Bro Canggu is horrible, stay away if you want to keep your sanity. It’s like surfing snapper except 90% are complete kooks
@KnotchiGaming7 ай бұрын
It’s an odd wave because most of energy is directed to those certain peaks like Old Man’s & Echo beach but it doesn’t break much along the beach elsewhere unless there’s good swell. Which makes it kind of odd for a beach break.
