Для меня это просто поразительно, что такой сильный религиозный опыт я испытываю только слушая скандинвский фолк вроде Danheim, Heilung и Wardruna. My Mother is russian, from western Russia. As far as I know (and I know a little), I don't have any nordic roots. I grew up in a modern russian orthodox environment. My parents were not religious, they believed, but it was not that important to them. In any case, no other folk music resonates with me so much on a spiritual level as scandinavian. From rhythms and instruments to trans-like vocals and lyrics - all of it deeply puts me in a state I can not experience in any other way. Unity with the Infinite, with nature, with spirits. It is very astonishing to me that such a deep religious experience I can experience only by listening scandinavian folk like Danheim, Heilung and Wardruna. Almost my entire life I was either an atheist or an agnostic, but for several years now I am realizing that if gods and spirits exist, they, among other things, are in music. Remember, that we all are brothers All people, beasts, trees and stone and wind We all descend from the one great being That was always there Before people lived and named it Before the first seed sprouted
