He just needs a little more strength, but he has all the good qualities of a midfielder.if he gets more time he prolly move to a regular position in the team. The problem is that he needs time on the pitch, he has great passing and gets the ball back. We’ll see what happens right now the midfield in Real Madrid is overloaded, there is a lot competition to replace the big three

Surprising no one. He's lost years in Madrid . Next year back in Betis, his team, people will probably be surprised of Madrid "letting him go".

All due respect but he needed that loan to Arsenal. Real Madrid's midfield was oversaturated back then (Modric, Kroos, Casemiro, Isco, Llorente, Valverde, Kovacic, Odegaard, etc.). I hope he stays coz he's really good but the priority should be given to the defence, right/left back positions next season...Real Madrid is suffering badly in those positions

@@leonelpadron5626 I like Ceballos and want him to play for Madrid. But don't we have the same midfield problem now? We have Casemiro, Kroos, Modric, Valverde, Camavinga, Ceballos and Tcouameni. Next season, Modric and Kroos (maybe this season?) are probably done. Ceballos would play a lot more next season if he stays in Madrid, but this season I doubt he would get many minutes.

@@iamfunnyipromise9605 well yes, we have "almost" the same problem. The difference is that part of that midfield is aging. If he wants to play the world cup, he needs to leave (sale or loan) or he stays and keeps working because his time will come...he's only 25. Modric seems to have quality for 2 more years but I don't see him playing full 90 mins in the next few seasons...especially in physically-demanding games. Same as Kroos...we saw him last season being subbed quite a lot. Either way, the guy is good, there's just a lot of competition

@@leonelpadron5626 Yeah Modric got a 1-year extension, and Kroos's contract is done next year, I think they both are done then. Ceballos will get his chance if he keeps fighting this year, either in Madrid or in another club.
