Why is it that when a human would see a child walking in front of a bus and pushes the child to safety, losing his own life in the process, would be recognized as a hero throughout the world, but God, giving up His own Son for our sins, so we have salvation, is just disregarded, forgotten, and pushed aside as nothing?

Truth Forever - good question! I suspect part of the difficulty is due to the fact that we can visibly see the individual who pushed the child out of the way - albeit through photos & videos of the person. When it comes to the God of the Bible however. .we cannot directly see, hear, touch, taste or hear Him. We Do have evidence of intelligent design in the universe and we do have the history of Israel containing remarkable prophecies in the Bible and the actual words of the Creator. .but we can't directly prove they are the words of the Creator. .We have "faith" - but "faith" is a politically incorrect concept in these endtimes.

Daniel, (Dani'EL) whose name means "GOD (YHWH) Is My Judge," the Babylonians had named Daniel "Belteshazzar" was the wisest of his companions and YHWHs spokesman in the kingdom if captivity. Chapter 4 recounts this story, in verses 36 and 37 Nebuchadnezzar prays and blessed and praised the Most High and was restored to Babylon, which later fell to the Medes and Persians, yet Daniel was still honored and given power in Darius and Cyrus the Persian reigns. (Dan 6:28). Perhaps, the Babylonians had help from "Fallen Ones" (Nephlim)? To build the hanging gardens..
