Because you can play a somewhat complicated double bass riff like that in a somewhat heels down position, and so far up on your pedal gives me hope that I can actually learn how not to suck at double bass. Been playing for 21 years but just bought a double pedal maybe 3 years ago and it's been impossible to retrain my left foot so far. Thanks man!

This is very exactly and on time. But I'm not sure whether Daniel plays triplets or sixteenth notes while rolling on the bass drum... To my ears it sounds like a five stroke roll and not a triplet followed by the main strike - or am I wrong?!
