All he had to do was look at the supposed sign document and if he did, Hardman would have won and kept the firm. There was no legitimate way for him to lose, but he did lose because he didn’t look at the “signed” document.

Harvey bills at a 1000$ per hour. Pretty sure Jessica charges more. And the other senior partners make at least as much as Harvey. Even working 8 hour days, 100,000$, is just over two weeks worth of pay for these people. From my understanding and do please correct me if I am wrong. But Hardman has every right to go after these two for how they backstabbed him and got him kicked out of the firm the first time. I think he is doing all of this to get some form of closure. Unless I am missing something of course.

He embezzled money from the firm for his mistress and lied about it by saying its for his dying wife's cancer treatment. I resent Harvey and Jessica's actions sometimes but in this instance Hardman had it coming.

Hardman was the best antagonist. Dude was always composed, patient, intelligent, conniving and determined. Even Jessica lost her composure, every character did EXCEPT Hardman. The one time I remember seeing him falter (a tiny bit with emotion) was when Robert was gonna get disbarred for they were friends.

Harvey was torn between his loyalty to Jessica and listening to Mike's short-termist theory; he should have stayed with Jessica. Lesson here is, trust your gut against popular sentiments and opinion.
